As the leaves change colour there is nowhere better to be than walking through the rich beauty of the South Wales Valleys, taking in the view, the culture and a few sips of Welsh Whisky to keep you going!
The prize for this competition includes a two night stay for 2 people at Dare Valley Country Park, a trip to Welsh Whisky Distillery, 2 cinema tickets for the Coliseum Theatre and 2 free walks as part of the Wales Valleys Walking Festival.
