Singing is not unusual in Wales - Word has got around about the Stereophonics and the Lost Prophets.

Tom Jones is a Pontypridd boy. When he sang at his local park a few years ago we were delighted to welcome him back to his own green, green, slightly muddy grass of home.

It’s not just open air music though. There are all sorts of events, seasonal extravaganzas, fetes and festivals - Nos Galan, the Big Bite and Big Welsh Bite as well as unique events like the Marie Llwyd and Beating the Bounds and events in Aberdare and Ynysangharad War Memorial Parks… it’s all happening here in Rhondda Cynon Taf!
